Good evening. Today I ordered a ride for a lady friend to Troyeville. The cost of the trip showed R70 of which she paid cash. I ordered food on Uber Eats on Saturday for R140 plus mines on credit All of a sudden your guy demands first R265 and again R284. He called me yet on the app I was asked if I want to pay the food money or at a later stage. The trip reference number I got was 2006. Your guy called me, he demanded his R200 this time as opposed to R265 and R284. He even went back to hassle and intimidate the lady I have good mind to lodge a SAPS case against Uber because it's your driver. I did not employ him. You must take responsibility for your people's actions. Anything happen to me or the lady you be liable. Rumours have it that some of your guys are trying to manipulate the system. I am finish with Uber dur to ********* conduct. I am not paying you guys a cent and if you take my money than I will chargers. We can't even log a complaint direct with you. Is there something you guys are hiding? Sort this mess out please
