<p>I do not know why Uber makes it so hard to contact or email for assistance.</p> <p> </p> <p>There is no email address or support contact number. You have to ONLY follow the prompts for past trips</p> <p>I've been hearing on the radio that Uber drivers, or people who pose as Uber drivers are either kidnapping, raping or ****ing woman.</p> <p>This is highly concerning.</p> <p>How do you people control this? What are you doing about this?? I use Uber and I am actually so afraid.</p> <p>People who pose as Uber drivers have access to the app. How is that possible? Is it so easy?</p> <p>I make sure that I check the number plate and driver's name but what more can I possibly do??</p> <p>I emphasise again...what are you doing about this????</p>
