I have unrecognised charges that haven’t been paid back until now, I have submitted everything and I have not got and answers or way forward. I reached out to my bank and I was informed the transfer was reversed and that’s why you money was not reflecting. I am about to open a ***** case for taking my money from my account with out my concern. I need my money back please
