Getting charged and I am not the one doing the ordering

I am getting charged every second day from this place and I am not even ordering anything or a ride so WHO keeps debiting my card and there is no way to contact anyone the 0800 number keeps telling me I dont have a profile so why am I getting debited every second day WHAT IS THIS,........VERY BAD the email address *** does not exist so how is this problem going to be fixed
