Funds missing in my account

just had that transaction on my card from your guys with the below reference,can you please advise where was ther trip and whose profile used my card because only my daughter Palesa has my card on her Uber app.can I please be refunded my money cos I have never used Uber that charged me 68 rand...I only used two trips which was Midrand and 28rands.the reference for this transaction is ***
