From 5 star to 2 star

Up until recently I have had no issues with Uber, however now when trying to get an ubergo none of the drivers will accept and soon as you switch to UberX the one who rejected the trip the first time will accept because now they get more. Last night I had the worst experience with Uber I've ever had (I've reported both drivers)
