We took a ride from Msc cruises in Dbn to King Shaka airport and was quoted R301. After drop off at airport, this amount plus an additional amount of R493 was take n off my husband's bank account. There is no way of complaining to get the money back, except a form to fill in on the app. They literally ****** us as we paid R800 for this trip.
