Uber has been great in the past. On Monday the 2nd of July I took an Uber from Randburg to Lanseria Airport for a flight to Durban, South Africa. Monday afternoon and Tuesday evening was charged for a trip each in the United Kingdom. I obviously wasn't there. The trouble I have is that they aren't responding to my request for a refund
