<p>On August 6 at 01:23am , uber deducted me R3600 before the taxi had even arrived and i payed a trip cancellation fee beacause obviously this is incorrect. Uber has still deducted my account of R3600.00 even though my profile clearly states cancelled trip and clearly the trip had not been completed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have not been able to get through to anyone nor being able to report it becuase the trip doesnt have a receipt on my app profile becuase it never took place , somehow UBER has been able to get away with ********** activities when there isnt even any proof of trip completion. I have phoned my ABSA bank and they cant even asssit or reverse the money becuase somehow the transaction has been authorised. This is absolutely disgusting , apart from people being kidnapped and assaulted by UBER drivers across south africa you are ********** as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>The below are details of the UBER Driver who actioned and cancelled the trip after me paying R25.00 cancellation fee.</p> <p> </p> <p>UBER Driver Name : Nandipha Maci , Car : Ford Focus , Area : Glenvista , Johannesburg</p> <p> </p> <p>This will be escalated further !!
