Great to have a global business. Great to have online services available. Not so great to assume that you have categorised all queries and have no way to reach Uber. I have charges going off on my bank account that are not showing up as rides on my app. How do I find out who or where that ride was taken. The Uber contact line is conveniently so full of static that it is unusable (after many attempts) How do I get my banking details off the profile of that user.
