********** charges and greedy drivers!

Uber has started charging me a monthly subscription charge of R99.99 for Uber Pass, which I never agreed to or signed up to. The customer service is utterly poor, as they only able to send you generic emails and can't answer your questions. This is ********** activity! Their drivers in Durban are so brazen that they start messaging you before conforming a trip to see where you are going before they accept the trip. Good luck for finding an Uber for a short trip. These drivers should be investigated and fired. I am so tired of this useless company and their antics that I won't use them again.
