********** charge by Uber driver

I requested for an Uber ride on 21 March 2020 Saturday night, the driver by the name of Wanda accepted the drip and proceeded to call me to ask where I was going. I told him that I am going to Crossroads he then told that he cannot go to Crossroads and hung up the phone. I went out our the Uber app and requested a ride on Bolt app which was accepted and everything was ok. Only to find to my biggest shock a bank notification of the Uber ride that I was requesting before charged an amount of R483 a trip I didn't take. When I check on the app stated the trip in grandwest casino whilst I am in Langa, it shows that he went to milnerton. I am unable to get the details of the car on the Uber app as I want the licence plate number I want to open a case at the police station. I need assistance ASAP. My contact number is ***
