I get an uber charge notification as I'm just sitting at home ..I check my app and I had no trip that I had done ..I call my bank and they say there is nothing they can do but block my card ..I contact uber support send the screen shot of the charge and they tell me someone else is using my card details ..I advise I do not know that person I must be refunded my money as that is ***** ..they weren't even bothered to get back to me with feedback nor apologize ..do not use uber your card details are not safe and they will not return your money..let's all get taxify rather ..I'm deleting my uber account ..I heard of people being double charged as well..terrible way to run your business
