My mom is using uber everyday. So she use uber ewallet service for her fare since you can not fight over change with driver everyday. It does not have any problem until today. She has R13 in e wallet and fare came out R21. So she paid R50 to the driver put change in ewallet.She saw he was preasing some botton, without any doubt she got off. Than afterwhile she checked her e wallet there was no money at all. So she complained to uber than they sent mesaage to my mom that the driver said he gave her the change in cash!!! First why everyday user need to get a cash? Second how mane taxi drivers have change of R42 in the early morning?

So what now? Is this how.uber managing their driver? This is pure *****. For cash customer protection what would you do? Dont you install the camera in the car for this immoral bahavior.from your employee?
