When you request a ride ,they deduct the money before a driver is assigned to you. On several occasions the amount that you see when you do the requests not the amount they deduct or sometimes they will deduct the money and later that same day deduct a different amount as well.I have logged a call on the app and the response was that they put a hold on the money (yet the money is deducted) thats why it increased which is *****.
