FRADULENT DEBITS

I had a trip last month i was charged twice when i enquire email was sent,saying money has not been debited from my account and same will be reversed after 7 working days that has not happed.

Just few minutes ago i receive an sms that R531.00 was deducted from my account for the ride whilst im sleeping how is that possible.

I want my money back.
