Forgotten phone

I took a ride on the 02/04/2023 and left my phone in the car .All this time l had been waiting for it and l recently got an email from Uber stating that the driver said he brought it back which is not true .As lm writing this lm thinking of opening a case for both Uber and their driver who has no respect for people things .
