Food not delivered!!!!!

I ordered food from chicken licken at about 13:20 I still haven't received my food. I had a live chat with one of the agents all they kept on doing was apologising however I am still without food. He then said the quer I have is not for them I should visit some link which I then told him does not speak to my query.

We going for 2 hours now I am still without my food. and I do not know where was the food delivered to. I need answers ASAP because this is not on.
