Fix yourself Uber!!!

I booked a trip at 18:10 from Midrand to Pretoria with the Save and wait option at R190, the wait period was 1-10 minutes, when it came to the time for the uber driver to accept the trip he cancelled, this happened about 5 times, until the app informed me that the time period has run out and there are no available drivers with the wait and save option, I then went to rebook the uber, only for the price to change to R250, this is absolute ******* and greed on the part of uber, and I've been using Uber since January this year for work. Please fix yourself, you are losing alot of customers.
