First class charge for a second class ride.

The below is a letter to Uber. Which I sent today. I am a frequent rider on uber for personal and business trips. To try and contact them is beyond easy. To explain your grievance. Who checks and does quality control over their vehicles? Good evening, The driver was amazing. He was kind and a good driver. My issue is not with the driver but the condition of the car. It was not of uber x quality it was more uber normal. You say that Toyota falls under the uber x umbrella but my dear you have to review your cars to proper fit an upper class ride.

This is most disappointing to pay a first class fare on a second rate car.

I am a frequent customer and have always enjoyed your service but this is so not up to standard.
