Female drivers

I was so excited about the female driver option on Uber as a lady it just made me feel more comfortable. The excitement did not last long though, female drivers take you trip on their way to you they go stand somewhere for about 15 mins without even sending a message. When I as the passenger reaches out with a message no response and I end up cancelling the trip because I'm running late. The lady drivers should really try and do better.
