Fed Up with Uber's Constant Overcharging

I’m beyond frustrated with Uber. On Saturday, 5th October 2024, I requested a package delivery. The quote was R119, but once again, I was charged R164. This is not a one-off incident – it happens almost every single time I use the service. I’m fed up with the constant overcharging and lack of transparency. This isn’t just an inconvenience anymore; it’s a pattern that Uber seems unwilling or unable to fix. If this continues, I’ll be looking for alternatives.
