F*cken ******!!!!!

I called Uber on Sunday 13/08 and they charged me R108 for the trip. this morning 17/08 i got charged another R100 for the same trip.

THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME!!!

I called an Uber to JHB Park Station. The driver accepted the trip and came through. upon arrival, the driver told me he wont be able to take me to Park Station he will drop me about 5min away from the station then i will have to walk. I asked the driver why did he accept the trip if he knew he cant take me. Long story short, I cancelled the trip but Uber CHARGED ME FOR THE TRIP AND THE CANCELLATION!!!

I asked for a refund on the App and Uber emailed me and promised to give my refund. From 27 MAY 2017, I AM YET TO GET THAT REFUND!!

I WANT MY MONEY PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
