I have used Uber successfully many times in Durban, Johannesburg and overseas. Most of my experiences were good. I had no problem locating my driver among many uber vehicles because the gave me a colour to flash from my mobile for my driver to identify me and it worked perfectly in heavy traffic. In Johannesburg Iast week I used them several times. No hassles at all. Just once I had a driver reeking of ****. Now that was unprofessional and insensitive because the ride to the airport was very uncomfortable.
