Fare dispute

I had a flight from OR Tambo to My place on Tuesday and was charged x amount and I paid the driver on the spot, and the driver proceeded to say I did not pay the amount on the app. I contacted the driver through the numbers I found on my complex list of visitors and he acknowledged that he received the money but my balance status has not changed. I emailed, and made contact with support but nothing has happened.
