They have a tendency when you cancel a trip they don't refund your money. They deducted money from accounts before you drivers accept, not after and don't refund for cancellation. Sunday got a taxi fare of 57 and it was deducted, early hours of the morning that 57 was reversed and an amount of 68 deducted from my amount. I need someone who will explain that.
