False advertising of UBER XL rides

On the 2nd of February 2024 I booked an UberXL to take the family to the harbor for a boat cruise. UberXL claims on their APP the following: "If you are a group of up to 6 people, have a lot of luggage or groceries or just want a bigger car, you can choose UberXL for a ride in a minivan or SUV". The quoted price was R686. On arrival the vehicle could barely fit 4 people with their luggage. The Uber driver was not at all worried as he would get his R686 for only fitting only 4 persons maximum (Vehicle could not be cancelled any more). The Uber driver said that normally persons book an extra vehicle for the luggage. I had to get another vehicle to accommodate the 6 of us in 2 vehicles. I complained on the UBER app and the response was: "Moreover, we have reviewed your trip details and can see that the requested category of vehicle was UberXL and the same vehicle type came to pick you up. Thanks for your understanding." So basically UBER DOES NOT KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT INTO THEIR UBER CARS. This is false advertising and should be addressed. I have driven with UBER vehicles mainly around Durban, but hope and pray that it is not needed again in the future. The general conditions of the cars are pathetic and will cause peoples deaths in the future.
