False accusations by Uber

I am kindly hereby to state that, Uber the e-hailing company has deactivated my driver’s account and dismissed my feedback.

They are claiming that I was involved with one of their riders in a verbal altercation which I don’t know about. When I tell them to provide me with proof of what I am being accused of, they are refusing and say I am being permanently removed from the platform.

South African law states that you’re innocent until proven guilty and in this case I am being accused with no any evidence, this is also a defamation of character. I have been driving for over 5 years for this company, it’s a also source of income I have at the moment. Now I can’t feed my family, they are depending on me, how will I be able to pay for my children school fees and everything?

Uber is ****** and exploiting drivers, we are risking our lives day in and day out to drop riders to their places of safety. We don’t even have riders personal information as drivers but the riders have everything about the drivers including pictures. The riders are disrespectful and dangerous but yet Uber still take their side of the story always with no evidence.

Our brothers are being killed in Uber platform, and they don’t even compensate their families, they only think for themselves. Uber its a **** and *****, they ****** towards black drivers.

Please help me out to resolve this issue, Uber must compensate me, we take cars on credit from the banks, how will we be able to pay for them now.
