failure to forfill advertised service

On the 19/01/2018 my husband had taken an Uber to an emergency appointment in town. He called an Uber to come home and then his cellphone battery died. The Uber driver , Irene, told him she had to do a school lift and therefore he must get out of the car. He had to back to the dentist office ask to charge his phone. To add insult to injury He was charged for all three Uber cabs.
