Failed to apply promo code

<p> Before my trip I registered the SEESOWETO2017 promo code as I would be travelling to Soweto for the Carlimg Cup. I then proceed to request my trip. The driver then chose the longest route which is approximately 10kms further. And my promo code was not app****. Uber help then goes on to say they will apply the code to my next trip to Soweto which I most likely won't be making anytime soon as the match only happens once a year. </p> <p>I've had numerous issues in the past like cancelled trips or bad deivers, food not being delivered or food getting damaged but they tried to help me in the past. This time round they kept closing my call before I felt like it was resolved adequately. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would no longer recommend transacting with them as it's not cool for such a business to have such poor service delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>From a person who uses there services almost every day. I'll be closing my Uber and Ubereats accounts.</p>
