Extremely Bad service 👎👎

I requested a ride from Thokoza to Alberton City on the Morning of 31st Dec 2021 using my Derbit card. A charge of R92 was taken and NEVER REFUNDED AFTER RIDE WAS CANCELLED DUE TO NO CARS BEING AVAILABLE. I reached out to the consultant on the app but no Joy.
