******ion by Uber driver

I took my wallet out to tip the driver and he drove off with my wallet. He has admitted to taking my wallet but refuses to bring it back unless I pay him R350. I have sent a number of emails, left messages on their help line, etc. Any suggestions or contact details? Many thanks.
