Excessive overcharged

Yesterday I requested a ride from the shop to my home which is 1.1km and accepted charge of R26 which was accepted by my bank. 2 hours later I received notification from my bank for Uber trip for R485. When I checked my receipt it showed a ride of 1hour and 54 minutes and I presume the driver did not end my trip .I live 5 minutes drive from the shops. I have been struggling to get hold of Uber, my messages not responded to on their app, calls to call center goes unanswered or machine requests punch in your cell number and it says it is invalid. The emails I sent also return as email addresses not valid
