Esther Nyasha *****ster from Uber

Uber driver by the name of Esther Nyasha ****med me by deducting R76 for a trip I did not take. I reported the issue to Uber but they refunded R2 for waiting tome and their investigation refused to pay my refund, instead they say I was there on car. This is a lie, I'm very shocked that they working with *****sters to **** innocent people. The driver did not pick me up, she did not even call me, instead she proceeded to deduct my account. Below is the feedback from uber after deducting my money for a trip I did not take: After investigation, we have determined that and based on our trip location data, it looks like you were travelling in the same vehicle as the driver. Therefore, we’re unable to proceed with any fare adjustments for this trip.
