It’s genuinely hard to tell which is more disappointing. McDonald’s at Waterfall, which somehow manages to provide consistently poor service and be “offline” at 3am despite advertising as a 24-hour drive-thru, or Uber Eats, whose incompetence is on the same level.

I use Uber daily, yet they managed to deliver the wrong order. I reached out requesting a credit, explaining that I use a virtual card and can’t be reimbursed directly, but their support keeps responding with the same generic automated messages that help with nothing. At this point, Casper Nyovest wasn’t exaggerating when he said we should delete this app. The service is truly appalling.
