****ed of Uber x-client

Good morning Uber This message is so long overdue it make me spit fire everytime.

I live in South Africa. 2013 I started using uber for personal, business and to get my staff around in Cape Town.

I currently live in Johannesburg and have found Uber unreliable, time wasting and the services down grading. Drivers has deteriorated, got attitude. They either don't want to take short trips nor long trips. They are all on Uber, Bolt and Drive in. None are interested you wait for confirmation forever.

As public services are not working I rely on services like Uber and as mentioned have been doing so for years. It is really sad, frustrating and aggravating using the service.

I am myself in service sector and you guys are just disappointing. Knowing the standard it started with.

Clever you can't tag them . . . . . Wonder why UBER?????
