On the 2 Jan 2026. I requested a cash trip from the doctor to my house. This is about 3kms. The trip was about R23 cash. Which i paid. The driver was unable to view on their side, as the was power outage. Hence no network. He was unable to end the trip.

Later that day i get a bill of R122 from uber. Which i ignore. Next time i try request a ride. I am requested to pay this amount. I stop using uber as a result. Today. I order grocery items from uber eats. The R122 is deducted from my account. I provide proof. I am told the money cannot be reversed as it relates to a prior more than 30 days back.

I want my money.
