Dubble Charged and refused to refund

I was over charged by uber & it is my 3rd time the refuse to refund me my money.

I was charged 70 rand for my trip then i paid and then i was charged 105 for the same trip.

Both payments was succesfull and they were paid 175 for 1 trip. I asked for help 2 weeks ago and still saying a hold. Called my bank their is no hold all the money was taken out.

They send u cars that is falling apart no safety messure in car the drivers smoke and we as customars are not allowed to complain. Was in an accident the dubble charged me again.
