drunk Uber driver

I was bumped into by an uber driver who was drunk, while i was stationary at the robots. Now outsurance who are the owner of the car who bumped me insurance. I need you to follow up with these drunk uber drivers and owners who don't follow up on what happened, or my car has been fixed or not. i am still driving my damaged car and outsurance still hasn't sorted me out.
