Driver's Profile

I'm currently creating a profile of being an Uber driver. I went for the driver's evaluation test and MIE background check and came back with positive results. Now the problem here is that whenever im uploading my MIE background check results document Uber declines my viewing as if my results came back negative. Even the Uber consultant doesn't have a clue on what is Uber really trying to say about my results, even went to MPC to investigate further about my results,yet MPC says there nothing wrong or faulty about my results. Up until now Uber doesn't accepted my document and yet they specify in what the real issue with my background check. I feel as if they taking me as a ******** since they saying there's an issue with my background document. And they is no way I can communicate with Uber because they don't have a email regarding such matters. I'm unemployed and trying to get employment as an Uber driver but Uber declines my document.
