Drivers keep cancelling

Is there less than one star. I ordered and Uber 5 times today - and every time, after it indicating that the driver was on his way, and me waiting 7/8min, the driver cancels the trip and I have to start all over again. I was even charged for 2 of the trips I did not even take?!? Pathetic!! I ended up spending 35min trying to get an Uber, and got nowhere. Had to make another plan.
