Drivers just cancel all the time

There services are extremely bad ,u have to search a drive atleast 2 hours before hand...finding a driver within 4mins and things is a face they put up 2 people it's a lie...they will make u late for anything...uber literally waste ur time and energy...i have been disgusted for a few months now since last year...i emailed them ,they said nothing
