DRIVERS HAVE BECOME HORRID

For over a month I have been struggling to find trips. In the past week I've had 3 drivers consecutively tell me that they all waited for my trip to reach R200+ before accepting. So my rides went from R50 to R200+ or not being accepted at all. I've had drivers arrive late and say that waited 5 minutes so I'm charged extra. I've had drivers that have harassed me and when reporting it to Uber nothing was done.
