Driver's cancelling trips

The last 2 weeks my fiancé' and I have spent over R2000 in Uber due to unforeseen circumstances with our vehicle. Unfortunately, every single day we had to battle with Uber drivers cancelling our trips. We stood outside with our children in the blistering cold waiting as drivers were on their way, only for them to cancel shortly accepting the ride. Truly disappointing.
