Drivers cancell trips because distance is too short. Less money for them

I have an issue with Ubber drivers im the east rand. When i arrive at OR. TAMBO AIRPOT requesting an ubber to 17 edward ave Germiston. The drivers always cancell the trip reasoning that the trip is wasting their time ita cost on R120 which is not good enough for them. I had a driver who was just complaing in the car the whole time on the road and it qas annoying me. What am i suppossed to do. It also happened this past weekend requesting an ubber from Emperors Palace to 17 edward ave Germiston. Four drivera calld and all cancelled. I even got charged R25 because the driver asked me to cancell it so that it does not affect his que. Now im struggling to get a refund.
