Drivers asking for additional amount!

From June I have been writing to uber support informing them I was ****med by their driver , I had a cash trip , when I jumped off I paid the driver the full amount of R226 however the driver was dishonest on the app and said I paid less than R40 now when I’m trying to use the app I’m being forced to pay an additional amount of R186, I have been reaching out , this morning I was told there was an issue with the drivers app and that an adjustment will be done then again I was told the issue can not be resolved.
