drivers and charges

<p>ordered an uber to come and fetch me and then it took its time to come then i decided that i should call the driver because i had a very important meeting and i did </p> <p> </p> <p>the driver was very rude over the phone but then im a desparate client who needs to get to work so i sucked it up and kept quiet , the driver got there and told me that i wouldnt get in his care just because i was *** , wow like i never made a move on the guy , he shouted at me and told me i needed jesus and that i should get a bible infront of my flat mates and colligues </p> <p> </p> <p>little did i know that while he was waiting he was waiting for the 5 minutes hit so that he can leave , in desparation i had to call in and wait for another uber which took time but did come with good service , next thing when i go through my email im charged with the cancelation fee, like really , how would i enter a car with someone who doesnt want me there </p> <p> </p> <p>after being shouted at im charged , now does that seem fair to any citizen , my ***uality shouldnt mean anything since im a paying client and i should be treated with autmost respect , i tried contacting the uber services at their supoport email address but it doesnt work </p> <p> </p> <p>how can that company help us if they dont even have a call centre where we can report incidents </p> <p>im soooo dissapointed </p> <p> </p> <p>i think ill just start using Gautrain or Taxify or local transport im just scared that next time ill be beaten up by the drivers then im charged with no place to report this at , he said it himself when i said id report this , there is no site to report this ill be charged and he would walk away a happy man </p> <p> </p> <p>wish this company had *** drivers for us or *** friendly drivers </p> <p> </p> <p>the drivers name is Bhekinkosi , when im trying to check my travelling history so that i show this screen shot of his face and number plate i just noticed my history is cleared but i do have a video to show you how uber drivers conduct their service and getting away with it </p>
