I booked a ride to OR Tambo. The Uber was super fast. I saw I wasn't going to meet him immediately. I asked him twice Im busy paying for my productsbe right there. He said Ok. CThen he canceled my ride and left. This is very unfair. Really. Had to pay for ride and cancelation fee. He didn't even have the decency to message me and say he canceled. I'm standing on pavement waiting and looking for him for about five minutes. Look at app to see if he left message nothing. Then get a message from saying ride canceled. So if drivers don't feel like driving you they cancel and get paid.This is daylight ******* Uber. Find out who's at fault and refund where necessary. This is the second time it's happened. Also not my fault due to an Uber driver who canceled because he couldn't find us. Then when I asked for another ride the same driver accepted. Got double the fare for same trip. Uber protects its drivers while driver are doing this to take advantage 😒
