Driver was too tired to fetch us

On Monday night my husband and I landed at OR Thambo and immediately requested an Uber. The driver was 12 minutes away, after waiting out the time he sent us a message to cancel the Uber, which we did and requested another driver who was also 12 minutes away. Again we waited. We received a message from the driver to say he was tired and we should cancel the Uber. At this point we went upstairs and took the train. I have never experienced this behaviour in any other country. Pathetic is all I can say
