Driver very rude

<p>My friend requested a ride but the driver took forever to come. She cancelled the trip and i used my account to get her the ride. Same driver accepted my trip and did the same thing of not coming. we called him and he was saying why are we rushing him and this better not be a R20.00 trip. we just thought he was joking and let it go. he finally arrived and was busy saying he will come stalk me now that he knows where i stay. He was even harassing my friend tru out the trip busy saying i even have a low rating and he will make sure i get called on uber. He said he is part of management and can easily call someone to do that ASAP. I am not happy about this as i always use uber and have never received such treatment. Im even convinced maybe he was drunk. i need this to be investigated.</p> <p> </p>
